I have two LG Flatron L1710B monitors running off a Powermac G4, and I'm very pleased with them, except for one thing: When I put the Mac to sleep, the monitor connected to the VGA output will go immediately into energy-saving mode, as expected. The one connected to the digital output ( via an ADC to DVI adaptor) will not, however... it will happily display the "No Signal" warning window for hours, as it has happened on occasion when I've forgotten to manually switch it off.

Does anybody else use these monitors, and had the same problem?

Thanks,

David.

LG is a cheap-o Korean brand. You could see if they have tech support but I doubt it.
