First of al I don't have any problems with my C2D 2.16 MBP, but I was browsing http://www.apple.com/batteries/notebooks.html
and it shows the best temperature range for Macbooks is 50 to 95 degrees F
According to istat (latest version) ALL my temps are above 95F, yet my fans are at 1999 rpm
Are the specs wrong, should that be Celcius?

That's the temperature of your room, I'd guess.

Nope, and bear in mind they're an American company and haven't quite got the hang of metric yet...
