Mini goes in coma, won' wake. Help.

I came down this morning, moved mouse to wake up monitor... which woke up but nothing worked.

Remember a few days ago I posted about new Mini with Tiger 'freezing' so that the mouse would move but no click would be hear nor any key-press response?

Last night Mail was the only application running (all night).

Happened again. I came down this morning, moved mouse to wake up monitor... which woke up but nothing worked. I clicked on Mail and a few other things. Nada!

This time I pressed he power-button for half a second. Things I had PREVIOUSLY CLICKED on came up for a few seconds and screen went black. I waited for 15 or so seconds and the monitor light just blinked. I pressed the button on back again for a half sec. and in a few seconds up came the screen (with all the apps I had clicked) and all is well.

I have this machine set for CPU to never sleep, for monitor to sleep after about an hour, for screen-saver after 15 minutes, and for he hard disk to sleep if possible. There is some kind of power-management issue going on here, right?

Anyone have any idea what might be happening? Is the HD not waking up? Second time this happened and this time the machine had only been running a bit longer than 24 hours... via uptime command: 7:52 up 1 day, 7:39, 2 users, load averages: 0.05 0.05 0.00

What should I try next. Un-checking the hard-disk sleep? Or never letting the monitor sleep?

What's goin' on?

Al

Been looking into the System log for last night and found a bunch of these after I had gone to sleep. I did not see this on previous nights when I had no 'coma' problems.

I run Apache but just locally. It's not open to the outside world. (When I see 127.0.0.1 I always think 'apache').

Anyone have an idea?
