... and on my PB G3 Wallstreet 300, on X, if I use my MacAlly usb pc card, the computer will not wake after a long (several hours) sleep, I have to restart using a 9 cd and choose the X start up disk, as I get a ? on the restart....

I now see that this is caused by the usb pc card.

I usually let my Pismo going to sleep by closing the lid. Yesterday I experienced for the second time since installing OS X the following strange behaviour: I opened the lid and the screen remained all black, the apple on the cover still glowing. I had to force a weak restart.

Anyone with similar experiences; is there an advice, a hint, a solution?

This happened to me once on my lombard, but the screen was grey. I wiggled the cursor and the two boxes from the login screen appeared. I then logged in as normal. Very wierd, not happened since.

If it was unplugged, try plugging it in then waking it up.
