USB hosed after sleep - sometimes

If I unplug the keyboard from the back of the I-mac & plug it back in, mouse & keyboard work fine - they un-freeze.

Sometimes it fails when I wake the I-Mac from sleep, but when I unplug it & plug it back in to the USB jack, it works fine. I'm told that unplugging & plugging back in resets the USB in the system - but what do I know?

BTW, my usb printer seems to work no matter what.

Any ideas on how I can fix this USB failure? - is there a script that could be automatically run everytime the computer wakes up which re-sets the USB? Or something?

Thanks

Mine only does that when I let the energy saver sleep it. It does not do that when I sleep it manually.
