Doing this for friend who can't get into back of her IMac BB 350 (vintage 2000) to change battery. She's done it before in another IMac for memory card and battery, but the current one stumps her. She gets some screws out, but back doesn't come off easily, and she's afraid to break something.
There's NOTHING on currrent Apple site to tell how how to open IMac, and she actually called Appple Tech who's answer was "I don't Know!" Aaaargh!
Can anybody send me either instructions or a link and I'll get them to her.
Also while she's in there, does this IMac have a CUDA button to press? Location? Is it red, centered near battery holder ?
Thanks,
Jim from Hilton Head
