I am looking a varus G4 models and the 133Mhzbus+ models state that there is no soft power video port for analog monitors. Does this mean that analog vga monitors can no longer be used with these G4 and G5 systems? Thanks.

If you're referring to the AC power outlet (or "monitor power socket"), it was unswitched (always on) in the early G4 PowerMac models and was eliminated entirely beginning with the Digital Audio model. Monitors used with the later models must be plugged directly into a wall outlet, power strip, or UPS.
Any PowerMac can provide a video signal for a standard analog monitor, although an adapter might be needed depending on the particular Mac model. Some old analog monitors might not have resolutions and refresh rates compatible with newer Macs.
You can download data sheets for PowerMac G4 models from <http://www.info.apple.com/support/applespec.html>. Those sheets usually don't contain detailed tables of supported display resolutions, as those vary with the graphics card in each configuration.
