Description

Triggers falling within the notification period are placed in the notifying queue. This queue is used to notify users that a trigger will soon be triggered. If a trigger does not want to be added to the notifying queue, quiet should be set to true.

There is no guarantee that a notification will not be shown. The trigger still appears in the current/pending queue. There is no way to hide a trigger's existence.
