Slow Responses or Delays in the Interface
If Remote feels slow or the interface is not updating swiftly, is it likely to be due to one of the following reasons:
- The network is congested.
- The network is slow.
- The Mac running Power Manager is busy.
Remote’s display is synchronised with Power Manager on the Mac. It may take a second or more for your adjustments or requests to be performed and for the updated schedule to be returned. This delay may be particularly noticeable on wide area networks; on a local Wi-Fi network any delay will be minimal.
