Service Not Found
If Remote displays an alert saying the service or computer could not be found or resolved, this means a Bonjour advertised service is unavailable. Bonjour information can take a moment to update across the network. It is possible your Mac was available but has recently been powered off or put to sleep.
- Check your Mac is powered on and awake.
- Check Power Manager 4 is installed on your Mac.
- Check Power Manager is set to Allow remote management.
