Do you have any third party ram installed. I was having
similiar problems with ram I boutght from Memory to Go. It was a128 modual. I removed the modual and 9.1 works like a champ. I also found one extention that was causing me problems. All is well now. I have a Lombard 333. I am lookikng for ram that is Apple compliant today.

...yes Russ, I have an extra 128, I am keeping your suggestion in mind, but I think the problem has been fixed by downloading once again the latest driver + update for my epson 740 printer and trashing all usb preferences for my macally usb pc card, intellimouse mouse, etc, + finder preferences. I have noticed that I would get no freeze if the printer was off, so I became suspicious. Espon printers are know to cause freezes with ARA and perhaps now wake from sleep under 9.1.
