can I disable sleep keyboard command?

I've got a G4 dual 450 with the ApplePro mouse and keyboard running 9.1. Whenever I hit shift-cmd-0 (a handy photoshop command), my computer goes to sleep.

That's so annoying!

How do I change or disable it?
