Cpu Sleep is ending my internet connection?

when ever I leave my computer idle and it falls asleep, it disconnects me from the internet.

There could be all sorts of reasons for this. Your provider could have changed something that requires a response from your station, which it is unable to do if it is asleep.

Get a NATing edge box of some sort and hook that up to the ADSL modem.
