So we've got a slightly dodgy display latch on our 15" AlBook. It seems
to be getting better, and yet occassionally it will pop open and wake up
when we don't want it to. Is there a way to disable this "wake on
display open" behavior under Jaguar? I seem to recall being able to do
so on my Pismo under OS 9, but can't find a means on this configuration.
Any ideas?
Thanks,

No. Fix the latch instead.
Open up a paperclip or use some other very thin piece of metal to capture the latch when it comes down to meet the bottom of the case. Then open up the lid again while keeping hold of the latch. Put some very light pressure on the latch, bending the tip of it very slightly towards the hinge -- /very/ light pressure is all and you won't be able to tell you've actually done anything.
Then try it like that for a couple of days before concluding that it had no effect.

Well, the latch fix did indeed help tremendously, but there still is the occasional pop-open incident. I today found the solution to this accidental wake problem. Via Terminal:
sudo pmset -b lidwake 0
This sets the Power Manager to not wake on lid open while operating under battery.
