I'll do another reading with a more normal ambient temperature later. Perhaps the CPU CORE 1 temp is off. I'll try some other programs that use these sensors later as well. Temperature Monitor and Hardware Monitor are both made by the same company but there are others. Any recommendations would be most welcome.

Manufacturers can contact us for receiving more technical information."Now this program is for OS X. Here they are dispensing information to people running it on non-Apple hardware. That's the first time I've seen OSx86 hacker people acknowledged on a mainstream website. Or perhaps its another reason not to bother expending all that time when you can get the Mini up to 3 gbs ram, 1 TB Sata2 storage, not to mention CPU upgrading when the price is attractive. ...:)
