G4 10.2.6 w/ HD Update + some sleep + PRAM Reset = WORKS!

Hey Joe & Jen, THANKS a bunch!! I don't know if it's b/c it had a good night of sleep or b/c I reset the PRAM (an advice I saw from Jen's link and one that I've used since I was in 9th grade whenever I get stuck, but somehow it never occurred to me this time), but the thing is UP AND RUNNING again!!! Yea! I don't know if the firmware update even worked, and I don't intend to run that again or on my own Mac until I find that out. If any of you know how I can do that, please let me know. THANKS again! I think the reason why Apple stopped offering free tech support years ago is mainly b/c the Mac community is so good at it already. :-) E.
