G4 10.3.3 shutting down fater daily cron run

my G4 is shutting down at 3:15 am every day after the "daily" maintenance run.

After upgrading from 10.2.8 to 10.3.3 (archive & install) my G4 is shutting down at 3:15 am every day after the "daily" maintenance run.

I can't find anything in the logs or in either the100.clean-logs or 500.daily scripts to indicate what's sending the shutdown command.

Any ideas?

I've worked around it by having Energy Saver set to startup at 4:00 am, but this is not optimal as I need this machine available 24/7.
