Hi all, Since installing Leopard, my aluminium imac won't stay asleep. Sometimes it wakes up instantly, and sometimes it wakes up after about 10 minutes. The culprit seems to be my Apple bluetooth keyboard. The iMac is set to allow bluetooth devices to wake it. When I sleep the mac, the keyboard goes into a low power mode which then wakes the mac. If I use a wired keyboard the mac will sleep normally. If I turn the bluetooth keyboard off before sleeping the mac, it behaves normally. Any tips? Thanks. Andy.
It looks like it's just picking up on communication activity, my G5 wakes up if I turn on, or off, any USB device too.

All Macs seem to do it. Both my ppc mini and my macbook pro do it. It's a bit annoying if I've forgotten to unplug a memory stick (after it's been unmounted) as it wakes it. Also caused some trouble with KVM switching, too.

I understand, thanks for your comments, but what can I do about it? Turning the keyboard off every time before sleeping the machine doesn't take much effort, but it's the principle of the thing. I never had to do that before installing Leopard. Is there a way of preventing the keyboard going into low power mode? Andy.
