kernel panics on shutdown -- 10.4.1

I've been getting kernel panics after installing 10.4.1 (which I did shortly after it came out). Today, the same thing happened after the QT 7.0.1 update. This time I disconnected all external devices except for my Apple keyboard and mouse. Machine is 17" iMac G4 800 with 756 MB RAM. Didn't happen under 10.4.0. Seems to be more than a chance occurrence now.

I can post one of the panic logs if anyone can read it.
