The display of my Mac Mini goes to sleep after ten idle minutes, e.g. when I download. If I intend to leave the computer idle, I put it to sleep.
Sometimes the display is awake when I return half an hour after putting the computer to sleep. What wakes it up? Does Tiger keep a log of such things?

Do you have a wireless keyboard or mouse attached to it? Even certain wired optical mouses will cause spontaneous waking. I have one mouse I always neet to unplug the USB if I want it to stay sleeping.

You caught me! Maybe the easiest approach would be to leave the mouse on a desk a few feet from the computer. If I lose my mouse that way, I'll post a message asking what to do.
Speaking of RF... I keep a boombox on top of my StarMax for sound output. I couldn't use the boombox as a radio receiver with my StarMax running because the computer made too much radio noise. The Mini Max makes less interference, so I can listen to radio programs as the Mini Max runs.
