Our PowerBook 3400c has started to occasionally lose its Ethernet connection after waking up from sleep (the Farallon PC Card's green activity LED is dimmed).
I can activate the Ethernet connection by putting the PB back to sleep and rewaking it.
I have tried to ZAP PRAM and rebuild the desktop but the problem persists.
Anything other I should try? Can an old PRAM battery cause these kind of symptoms?
Setup: PowerBok 3400c, 46MB RAM, Mac OS 9.1, Farallon PC Card with v2.2 software, fixed IP# in an intranet.

No direct experience though besides the PRAM battery, perhaps it could be a timing problem if you have Appletalk turned on or reconnect to servers selected.
I'm curious if you had to disable the internal Ethernet before using the Farallon card.
I'm trying to get a DLink 10/100 PCCard to work with my 3400C/200 and having no luck so far.
