Please help me, I have had the following problem too, before I reinstalled my PB 15 high res, Double Layer. After upgrade from 10.4.3 to 10.4.4: When it goes to sleep / safe sleep and I remove any power supply ... causes wake up from safe sleep, it fully wakes up and shows the login prompt (screensaver login) but the trackpad and keyboard does not respond on any action. It falls again to sleep after some seconds, because no action on any input device. Some weeks ago I found a hint that helped, it says removing i guess 2 files from preferences will cause the upgraded OS to reintialize these. That was great but i lost the link, and cannot find it anymore in world wide web / forums.
