Sleep button - be gone!

Any user using AppleRemoteDesktop kan still sleep the machine. Is there a way to hide the sleep button as well?

In 10.3.5, there's an option under "System Preferences:Accounts:Login Options" that says "Hide Sleep, Restart & Shut Down buttons". But, when checked, it only hides the restart & shut down buttons.
